About the manual I have met Bert O'Meagher who has spent hours researching and putting this book together on a number of occassions and he is a true blue legend with a heart of gold. His philosophy is, if his work saves lives he is happy. He has told me he will not copyright his work as that restricts circulation and he is doing his bit for a safer WA.
